Sue has read twice at Lit Crawl, an endearing and well-known “literary pub crawl” in San Francisco's Mission district. In 2019, she and three other women read to an audience of about 20 people in a tiny clothing store. In 2016, it was with her critique group in an art gallery. Both times the reception was warm and encouraging.
